Ms. Georgoulias,
Southern Furniture has a Stormwater Perm it(NCG180118) for 1815 Emmanuel Church Road,
Conover, NC 28613. This manufacturing at this facility has been idle since approximately 2008.
We don't have any plans to operate or manufacture any product in the future. Would it be possible
to designate this permit with a dormant status that can be reactivated if we ever sell this property by
whomever acquires it?
