Carolina, and more particularly described as follows:
A certain tract or parcel of land lying and being mainly in Greenwood Township, Lee
County, and a small pan in Johnsonville Township in Harnett County, North Carolina,
adjoining the lands of Marvin Ragland, the McDonald land, the land of T.E. (Tom)
Matthews, the Williams land and others and more particularly bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a comer south of Bailey Buie's, being an old corner of Allen Buie's 89
acre tract, and runs thence North 35 West 24.25 chains to a comer in Allen Buie's old
line; thence with his old line North 53 East 14.45 chains to a corner in said line; thence
South 53 East 57.93 chains to a comer in the old County line; thence as it, South 42 West
31.80 chains to a corner in a swamp above William Buie's ford; thence North 19 East
22.80 chains to a corner; thence North 75 West 31.75 chains to the BEGINNTNG,
containing 100 acres, more or less.

2002. The Estate files are located in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court for Lee County in file
number 03-E-5 and in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court for Harnett County in file number 03-E-
19.

CERTIFIES TITLE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY.

And the Grantors covenants with the Grantee, that Grantors are seized of said premises in fee simple and
has the right to convey in fee simple; that the title is marketable and free and clear of all encumbrances
and that the Grantors will warrant and defend the title against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever except for the exceptions hereinafter stated.
The designation Grantor and Grantee as used herein shall include said parties, their heirs, successors, and
assigns, and shall include singular, plural, masculine, feminine or neuter as required by context.
