Received call from Gil Cancel to report a TSS violation for last friday,
March 7, 2003. •The violation was reported at 1260 mg/1. Today the
clarifier sludge blankets are 5and 6 foot. The sludge transfer tank is
half full. Rainfall is causing the blankets to burp. The digester is
still the weak leak according to Mr. Cancel, but McConnell and
Associates are talking of designing an additional clarifier. The tss
and rainfall are as follows for last week, monday - 32, tues.- 4.7, wed
- 5.2, 0.1" thur.- 4.9, 1" and friday
