Morehead Street, Suite 300 Charlotte, NC 28204 Subject Property: Chandler Hills at Seven Lakes West Jackson Creek [14 -2 -5, WS -I1; HQW] REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION Dear Mr. Watson: On May 29, 2012, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated May 25, 2012 to impact 0.175 acres of wetlands to construct the proposed Chandler Hills at Seven Lakes West residential subdivision. The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive the additional information requested below, we will have to move toward denial of your application as required by 15A NCAC 2H .0506 and will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: 1. Please provide a full -size plan sheet showing the site with its storm drainage system, including every inlet, outlet and conveyance device. Per GC 3890, the stormwater from the built upon areas on the site must be transported primarily via vegetated conveyances in order for the site to be considered low density. 2. If the site is being drainage via a piped conveyance system, then the site will be considered high density. If the site is high density, then please provide properly designed BMPs that remove a minimum of 85 percent TSS from the stormwater draining from the built upon areas. Please provide a completed BMP Supplement Form, with all the required items. If you will not be able to provide the requested information within that timeframe, please provide written confirmation that you intend to provide the requested information, and include a specific timetable delineating when the requested materials will be provided. If we do not hear from you in 30 calendar days, we will assume that you no longer want to pursue this project and we will consider the project as returned. This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers.
