2020, has been reviewed by the Division. After receiving additional information on 3/25/2021, the review
indicates that the PAR is in good order and satisfies the requirements of 15A NCAC 2H.0908(b) and the
Comprehensive Guidance of North Carolina Pretreatment Programs.
