On May 21, 2012, DWQ requested more information and on September 4, 2012, DWQ received additional information. The DWQ has determined that your application and additional information was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected streams and buffers on the subject property. This project is on hold and incomplete until we receive the additional information requested below. If we do not receive the requested information, your project will be formally returned as incomplete. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: 1. The plans (CE-2) state that the amount of impervious is 2.2 acres; however, the Supplement Form states that it is 1.6 acres. The calculations for the WQV are based on a 1.6 acre drainage area. Also, it appears that there is an offsite drainage that may not be included in the WQV calculation. Please address these inconsistencies. 2. The Supplement Form indicates that an Internal Water Storage (1WS) is used in the bioretention area but the plans do not reflect this. 3. The plans are missing the BUT detail sheet. ne Carolina Natira!!ry North Carolina Division of Water Quality Raleigh Regional Office Surface Water Protection Phone (919) 791 -4200 Customer Service Internet www.ncwaterquahty org 1628 Mail Service Center Raleigh, NC 27699 -1628 FAX (919) 788 -7159 877 -623 -6748 Page 2 4.
