Requesting Major Permit for the following to complete construction
Summer 2021.
1) Bulkhead (vinyl or rip rap) Based on CAMA and engineering recs
and to tie in with neighbor Cloves
2) Fixed Dock (approx size 12x14)
3) Floating Dock (approx 8x12 with 15' gangway)
4) Boat Lift (10,000 LB max)
5) Pier from mainland over water (TBA)
See Attached preliminary sketch/survey/photos to help.
Note: I think Ben Brink had already viewed lot last year. Please see if
notes on file.
Contracting with Nichols Engineering (Zachary) to coordinate project.
Final dock vendor TBA.
Note: I live in Raleigh and would appreciate a meeting per dates or
please call and I can run down.
