We discussed it and apparently this was caused by I/1. I asked Henry if he wanted to say it was caused by I/1 and he would not commit to that cause. Someone else may have heard them admit to I/1 being a problem but I have never heard them admit to it. If we all will remember the last upgrade to the WWTP included a new clarifier that was going to prevent washout. If they are ever going to go regional they must get a handle on the I/1.
