Inspection Summary:
At the time of inspection, evidence suggested that the facility had not been conducting qualitative/analytical monitoring of
the outfalls and or connections to the municipal storm sewer system for some time. The site appeared to be unoperational
as it's inteded use, but there were junked vehicles, trailers, debris, etc. on site.
