Re: Cedar Grove BPDP Approval
Dear Mr. Cousins,
The Division of Water Quality received a Bank Parcel Development Package (BPDP) for the above -
referenced site on June 30, 2012 for review and approval under the terms and conditions of the Upper
Neuse River Basin Umbrella Mitigation Banking Instrument (UMBI). The UMBI was made and
entered into by Environmental Banc and Exchange, LLC, acting as the Bank Sponsor, and the DWQ on
February 10, 2012. DWQ received a revised BPDP on July 19, 2012.
On August 22, 2012, the subject BPDP was placed on public notice. DWQ received no comments
regarding the subject BPDP. This BPDP is now approved.
According to the credit release schedule outlined in your UMBI, the following items are required prior
to receiving your first credit release of twenty percent:
• Conservation easement approved by DWQ — Please submit a draft conservation easement to be
approved by DWQ prior to obtaining signatures.
• Financial Assurance documents
