On March 16, 2021 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Dinah Cruse on site. A fuel spill was observed to
have recently taken place on site. The spill was responded to once observed by staff on site. It is recommended that the
permittee evaluate all practices associated with the fueling area and conduct training as needed.
