Inspection Summary:
On March 16, 2021 this facility was visited to ascertain if there has been adequate progress made toward addressing all
items identified in the previously issued Notice of Violation. I met with Lee Kearson on site. During the inspection, the
following improvements were noted:
1) Product storage vats have been relocated under roof and the area previously impacted by inks draining from the vats has
been cleaned.
The following observations were made concerning items still needing to be addressed:
1) Secondary containment has not yet been provided for the bulk storage tanks on site, Facility staff informed me that they
are in the process of determining how secondary containment will be provided.
