Inspection Summary:
On March 16, 2021 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Bill McBrayer on site. During the inspection, the
following items were noted:
1) The valve on the No.2 Fuel Oil tank was open and not locked shut. the permittee shall modify the secondary containment
as needed to meet all requirements outlined in the No Exposure Certification.
2) Used Pallets were observed outside and exposed to precipitation. In order to maintain a status of No Exposure, all used
pallets shall be disposed of or relocated to a location where they are not exposed to stormwater or runoff.
3) Litter and other waste was observed in the area around the loading bay/compactors. The permittee shall evaluate all
Housekeeping practices at the facility and modify as needed to maintain a status of No Exposure.
