Inspection Summary:
On March 17, 2021 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Brandon Baertschi, EHS Manager on site. During
the inspection, the following items were noted:
1) The Stormwater Pollution Prevention plan has not been updated annually. The permittee is directed to immediately review,
update, and revise the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan as outlined in the NCG050000 General Permit. Be advised that
the spill log is required to be updated with an entry annually. Even in the case that no spills have occurred.
2) Material from the industrial process was observed accumulated outside in a loading area. This area was discussed during
the inspection. The permittee shall immediately review the good housekeeping procedures for the area and modify them as
needed to address the issue.
