Inspection Summary:
On March 17, 2021 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Jennifer Choate on site. During the inspection, the
following items were noted:
1) The Stormater Pollution Prevention Plan has not been reviewed and updated annually. The permittee shall immediately
review and update the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan on site as outlined in the NCG080000 General Permit.
2) Secondary containment was not provided for all bulk storage of liquid products on site. The permittee shall immediately
begin efforts to provide secondary containment for all bulk storage of liquid materials as outlined in the NCGO80000 General
Permit.
