Inspection Summary:
On March 24, 2021 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Chad Wright on site. During the inspection, the
following items were noted:
1) Industrial equipment was observed outside the facility, exposed to precipitation. In order to maintain a status of No
Exposure at the facility, all industrial equipment shall be relocated, or disposed of.
2) Uncovered dumpsters were observed on site. To maintain a status of No Exposure, all dumpsters shall be covered or
removed from the facility.
3) Used Pallets were observed on site. To maintain a status of No Exposure, all used pallets shall be relocated or disposed
of.
4) Loose packing material was observed exposed to precipitation. To maintain a status of No exposure, the housekeeping
practices shall be review and revised as necessary.
5) Saw dust from the disposal system observed on site had accumulated in several areas. To maintain a status of No
Exposure, all material resulting from the industrial process shall be contained and not allowed to accumulate outside of the
facility,
