Inspection Summary:
On March 24, 2021 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Wesley Mull and Brian Deckard on site. During the
inspection, the following items were noted:
1) The Stromwater Pollution Prevention Plan has not been maintained annually. Including updating the spill log and
non-stormwater discharge certification. the permittee shall immediately begin efforts to review, revise, and update the
SWPPP as outlined in the NCG030000 General Permit.
2) Analytical Monitoring has not been conducted at all outfalls. The permittee shall immediately begin efforts to monitor all
outfalls from areas of the facility which could impact stormwater.
