No Please give a brief project description below.* Homeowner's existing seawall is in need of repair/modification to stabilize and prevent further property/land erosion into the main channel of Lake Tillery. Approx. 400 sq. ft. of seawall needs stabilizing, requiring limited modification and addition of riprap to prevent further soil erosion. Installation of 6 x 6 support posts and 2 x 6 bracing for seawall/boat dock, and selective replacing of wooden boat dock floor boards as needed. Seawall is approximately 140' from one homeowner lot line to the other (survey attached). Original home built in 1969, boat dock was renovated several years before current homeowner purchased the property in 2015. Dock and seawall are in need of repair as both have aged and require maintenance and modification to strengthen shoreline and enhance safety. Thank you.
