'The total precipitation must be recorded using data from an on -site rain gauge.
'For sampling periods with no discharge at any outfalls. You must still submit this discharge monitoring report with a checkmark here.
'See General Permit text, Table 1, identifying the especially sensitive receiving water classifications where the more protective benchmark applies.
'Monthly sampling (instead of semi-annual) must begin with the second consecutive benchmark exceedance for the same parameter at the same outfall.

Subject: NPDES STORMWATER GENERAL PERMIT— NCG060089 MONITORING REPORT
Attached are the results from our Stormwater sampling event completed on 11-12-2020.
Please note that outfall one, the sample indicated that we were slightly above the benchmark
for Total Suspended Solids. As required by our General Permit and Certificate of Coverage, we
have conducted our Tier One Response Evaluation. As part of the corrective action for the high
Total Suspended Solids, we have regraded the parking lot so that runoff will move slower, and
will plant a winter grass such that it will act as a natural filter. We have also installed new
sediment filters in storm drains, draining to outfall one.

I
