I guess we'll have to do a request for more info since they have not shown nor do they appear to know whether they are
using a piped SW drainage system (they haven't gotten back to me). Sorry for the delay. I will send you a bullet in a few
minutes.

Have you heard anything yet? I will be in the field this afternoon and tomorrow so Friday will be my last office day
before I will be on leave for a week.

Hi Chad,
The consultant is looking into the road drainage system, whether it is piped or vegetated. If it is piped, it is automatically
high density. He is going to get back to me today or tomorrow at the latest — I will let you know ASAP.

Annette,
Do you have anything else on this project yet? I'm going to be out of the office all but a couple of days next week and all
of the following week, and wanted to issue the 401 if possible before I leave. Thanks for your help!

Chad,
I have been reviewing low density projects now. So I should probably look at it — but you are right I don't have it right
now. What date did it come in?

Annette,
Do you need to review this project? They are reapplying for a project that has expired with no changes to the original
plans. Impervious is 11.5% (all lots access off of existing roadway). Do you need anything else on this or is it ok to issue
when I complete my review? Unless I just missed it, I didn't see it on your spreadsheet. Thanks!

1. Please provide a full -size plan sheet showing the site with its storm drainage system, including
every inlet, outlet and conveyance device. Per GC 3890, the stormwater from the built upon
areas on the site must be transported primarily via vegetated conveyances in order for the site to
be considered low density.
If the site is being drainage via a piped conveyance system, then the site will be considered high
density. If the site is high density, then please provide properly designed BMPs that remove a
minimum of 85 percent TSS from the stormwater draining from the built upon areas. Please
provide a completed BMP Supplement Form, with all the required items. The BMP Supplement
Forms are available at the following web site: http://portal.ncdenr.ora/web/wg/ws/su/bow-
manual.
