Characteristics Lab Outfall Identification Requiring Monthly Results Monitoring Benchmark FV001 COD 120 115 Semi -Annual TSS 100 20.3 pH 6.0-9.0 5.68 O&G 30 <5.0 Analytical monitoring results were within benchmarks for outfall FV001. I certify, under penalty of law, that this document and all attachments were prepared under my direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel properly gather and evaluate the information submitted.
