Hi David and Kaylie:

I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Webster Tie-Relay Upgrade project,
which involves the installation of a new outfall on an unnamed tributary to Savannah
Creek, permanently impacting 7 ft and temporarily impacting 60 ft of stream.

The project should not impact wild trout reproduction and a trout moratorium is not
needed for this project. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to review this project.
