Project Narrative: The Fuquay-Varina/Holly Springs Building project consists of a new 17,191 sf church building with 263 seats in the sanctuary. The church is located at 2540 North Broad Street, Fuquay-Varina and can -be identified with PIN# 0658-32-9298. The development of this project will require a public sewer extension to tie into the Town of Fuquay-Varina sanitary sewer system.
