Enclosed please f nd documentation, design data, appl cation fee and other resources necessary to
review the Fast Track Appl cation for the public sanitary sewer system of the Aviator Brewing
Company development in Fuquay-Vanna. NC. The development consists of a brewery facility, a
restaurant, a cultural cooking center and an entertainment pavilion. The wastewater generated by the
site totals 18.140 GPD. Construction of the san Lary sewer lines will connect to two existing public
sewer lines at the south and east side of the property, which feed to the Terrible Creek Waste Water
Treatment Plant. The Av ator Brewing Company development is located at 609 North Street in Fuquay.-
Varina. The property involved is located within the City of Fuquay-Varina, NC planning jurisdiction.
The public sanitary sewer system-onsists of 392 feet of 8" DIP and 7 feet of PVC gravity service
connecting to existing public grav ty main I. nes. There are three 13) new manholes to be installed in
the development.
At the completion of construction, the system will be. certified by a licensed professional engineer in
accordance with NCDEQ and State and IoUat regulations.
