the hold that was put on this project.

Your agreement to approve the drainage pipe in question is appreciated.

We will begin the pipe on the river side of the marked wetlands as you

suggested. Do I need to notify Doug Huggett or will you take care of

that contact for me? Since I do not have an e-mail address for Mr.
