Attached is the letter of credit from First Citizens Bank. This letter of credit, for "
$100,000, provides the financial assurance that Greene Environmental Services, LLC will
have adequate funds for the completion of the maintenance and monitoring outlined in the
BPDP. The "mitigation agreement" in First Citizens Bank's letter refers to the Greene
Environmental Services Neuse River Basin Riparian Buffer and Nutrient Offset Umbrella
Bank made and entered into by Mr. Bobby Ham of Greene Environmental Services, LLC,
acting as the Bank Sponsor and the North Carolina Department of Environment and
Natural Resources - Division of Water Quality which was signed by the Division Director on
October 3, 2008.

This letter is to inform you that Ham Farms, Inc. has at least a $100,000 line of credit established with
First Citizens Bank & Trust Company. This line of credit has been in place since 2004 and has been
handled as agreed. Greene Environmental Services, LLC has full access to the line of credit and may use
it to meet the financial assurance obligations associated with Greene Environmental Services' La Grange
private mitigation bank project.
