On November 22, 2006 the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application from the Division
of Coastal Management dated May 31, 2006. Within your application you requested a ten (10) slip
docking facility to be placed in the Bay River near the mouth of Mason Creek. On January 4, 2007 the
DWQ requested additional information to continue the review of your project. Within the additional
information request fetter issued on January 4, 2007 it was indicated that the DWQ required a response
within three weeks to keep your project active. As of the date of this letter the DWQ has not received your
response.
This letter is to notify you that your application has been withdrawn. and that you are not authorized to
impact wetlands, waters or protected buffers on the subject property. When you decide to resubmit your
application please call Mr. Kyle Barnes at 252-948-3917 to set up a meeting to discuss the new project.
