As a private collection system they go above and beyond by having detailed improvement plans such a main line repair schedule. Detailed maps of the sewer system are in ArcGIS format. Weekly inspections and functionality tests are run on each pump station. There is also documentation of previous camera inspections, smoke tests, CCTV inspections/pipe cleaning. Recently, one of the HPLs for this system was bored under the lake. Any updates to HPLs are reflected in GIS accordingly. The spill response plan includes information such as 24-hour contact numbers, cleanup and mitigation procedures, access to contractors, response time, and spill assessment guidelines. Right-of-ways and aerial lines were all maintained with no visible issues. Gravity sewer cleaning and jetting were organized, with 10,970.4 feet being cleaned in 2020. Manholes appeared in good order with no signs of depressions or overflows surrounding them. There was a bit of debris in the manhole across from lift station #10 (Daphne), potentially due to low flow, but is worth keeping an eye on. Several lift stations were inspected and all were in good working order. All 12 duplex stations within the system are equipped with SCADA, and was functional for each of the stations inspected. If pump alarms are triggered, there is a second light on all pumps that flashes, signaling that SCADA has been activated to call/text staff.
