Boonville WWTP

Please find attached a copy of the toxicity test results for samples obtained from the Boonville
wastewater treatment plant effluent. Aliquots from Boonville's composite samples were collected
on February 23 and 25, 2021 by Mike Mickey of this office for use in a chronic Ceriodaphnia dubia
pass/fail toxicity test conducted by the Division's Aquatic Toxicology Branch laboratory. The
Boonville WWTP effluent (passed) this test at the permitted effluent concentration of 81%. The test
treatment survival rate was 100%.

Boonville WWTP

Yadkin County
The aquatic toxicity test using flow -proportional composite samples of effluent discharged from
the Boonville WWTP has been completed. Boonville WWTP has a permitted effluent discharge
of 0.2 million gallons per day (MGD) entering Tanyard Creek (7Q10 of 0.075 CFS). Whole
effluent samples were collected on February 23 and February 25 by Mike Mickey and facility
representative Jeff Jones for use in a chronic Ceriodaphnia dubia pass -fail toxicity test. The test
passed. Toxicity test information follows.

Test results for the above samples indicate that the effluent would not be predicted to have
