PROTECT NARRATIVE
The property served bt this proposed sewer extension is located off I',dens Lane, approximate]
2000 1 F southeast from the intersection of CS I IWY 17 and ISdcns bane in the Topsail Township
in Ponder Count, NC and includes PIN #4214-14-4919-0000. The properh drains to Mullet Run
(SA, I HIM ; 18-87--9-I) — A\ hits Oak Basin,
Logan I)ecelopers, Inc. desires to install a gravity sewer scstcm with a pump station and 4-inch K
10-inch force mains (will be high priority line at the present) to serve a 1 38-lot single family
subdivision and 1 clubhouse with pool as shown in the project floe-. It is proposed that wastewater
from the residential development, calculated to be 50,400 GPD, be ultimately collected and carried
to the proposed new pump station on the property, where it will then be pumped to the existing 10-
inch force main (\V'( )CS38126) located along; L'S I lwy 17 and the treannent facilit_t' (\V'Oo037324—
Pluris I Iampstead, LI,C). The now will be permitted in one phase.
Gravity collection server lines carry the flow from the propert° to a centralized location where the
pump station is sited and designed per NCAC Title 15A.21'.0100 - .1600. The gravity collection
scstcm is to be owned by Pluris [ lampstead, I.LC. I or the permit, it will consist of 9,200 I,P of 8"
gravity sewer, this represents all the ,ra\,it\ sc%ver for the entire project. The pump station will
discharge effluent to a permitted forcemain out to a Pluris I fampstcad, 11C owned 10" forcemain
in the LS I Isar° t 7 RO\\ . 'fhe 1l1" forcemain flows to the Pluris I larnpstead, LLC Regional \\ \\A1).
The operating point for the pump station will be 100 gpm at 199 'I'DI1.
The project contains gravity lilies and manholes which are within 5W of o cdands. ['he plans rcquirc
and show pipe materials and testing to meet watetmain standards and for manholes to be fulh lined
with waterproof material and vacuum tested for these sections.

III. Certification Statement:
I Randy Hoffer, Regional Manager certify to the best of my knowledge that the addition of
the volume of wastewater to be permitted in this project has been evaluated along the route to the receiving
wastewater treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to cause any capacity
related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station en route to the receiving
treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation of the planned improvements
identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis has been performed in accordance
with local established policies and procedures using the best available data. This certification applies to
those items listed above in Sections I and II plus all attached planning assessment addendums for which I
am the responsible party. Signature of this form certifies that the receiving collection system or treatment
works has adequate capacity to transport and treat the proposed new wastewater.

Sorry for the confusion on this, we went back and forth on lots during the design, but the FTSE is correct, we have 138
lots and clubhouse with pool. I am sending the FTA to reflect the correct lot number and flow and narrative to match
Let me know of any other questions

Okay started working on it and noticed the FTSE flow (50,400) doesn't match the application (55,720). Also the narrative
says it's for 143 lots but app only shows 138 three -bedrooms & 0 fours plus clubhouse/pool.
Please advise.
