As we continue to gather information to respond to your request for information and in response to our group meeting
in June, we respectfully request that our application processing be temporarily withdrawn. We understand that you will
waive the submittal fee upon our resubmission and restarting of the application, as this is a complex project with fairly
large impacts. We understand that this provision cannot be extended for a lengthy time, but we anticipate resubmittal
within approximately 60 days.
