The MRO would like to thank your staff, Mr. Todd Humphries and Mr. Curtis Brackett for their time during the inspection. The residuals storage, management and land application appeared to meet program requirements at the time of inspection. Field conditions noted: The application equipment appeared to operate sufficiently; however, the city owned vehicle is estimated at 30 years old and staff contend with consistent breakdowns/repairs. The spray pattern from the back appeared a little heavy to the right (passenger side) of the vehicle, but upon field inspection did not create excessive ponding.
