Dear Mr. Scheller,
This letter is with reference to the Heritage of Faith Family Church and our discussion regarding
stormwater management of the project. During our discussion, we agreed that the site resides on the ridge
which directs water towards the south and the Atlantic Ocean. We also discussed that in order to allow for
the development to utilize infiltration as the stormwater measure, that the project must not exceed 24% lot
coverage.
By reducing drive aisle widths and parking spaces, the lot coverage was reduced to 24 %.
