Subject: Stormwater NCG200000_I/OBX Disposal
Good afternoon Ken.
Tomorrow I will be entering in the Notice of Intent sent for I/OBX Disposal & Recycling LLC facility.
Attached please find the North Carolina Secretary of State Status of the company. They are Delinquent and are in
danger of being of being dissolved by the State.
The Owner entity must be in Active good standing with the State in order for us to issue a permit.
I have looped in Mike Meloy my General Permit coordinator, in case you have detailed questions.
Please let me know when I/OBX has filed their annual report and are back in good standing with the State.

Based on the current guidance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Department of Environmental Quality has
adjusted operations to protect the health and safety of the staff and public. Many employees are working remotely or
are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are limiting public access to
appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your
requests by phone or email. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging
time.
