Tomorrow I will be entering in the Notice of Intent sent for I/OBX Disposal & Recycling LLC facility. Attached please find the North Carolina Secretary of State Status of the company. They are Delinquent and are in danger of being of being dissolved by the State. The Owner entity must be in Active good standing with the State in order for us to issue a permit. I have looped in Mike Meloy my General Permit coordinator, in case you have detailed questions. Please let me know when I/OBX has filed their annual report and are back in good standing with the State.
