Upon review of the Rescission Request Forms sent on Saturday, I noticed that the Certificate of Coverage numbers were
not included.
I have researched our database and Active Stormwater Permits Map and was able to find numbers for all but one
facility.
Attached is a pdf of the Rescission forms with the Certificate of Coverage forms written in.
Please confirm these numbers are correct.
Once I have your confirmation, I will begin the workflow to rescind these permits.

The trade war started back in early 2018 has beaten us badly and the Covid-19 started in early 2020 has exhausted our
patience and braveness, then we've closed all lumber facilities. Now I am in log trading business and it seems a good
business.
