Dear Mr. Poston:
The final plans end specificetiona for the subject project have beau
reviewed and found to b. satisfactory. Authorization is hereby granted for the
construction of a bar screen box, an 8,000 gallon equalisation tank with dual
2 Rpm pumps and diffused air syetete, a 1,O00 gallon chlorine contact tank with
Sanuril chlorinator, and a 1,000 gallon reiteration tank with a diffused air
system as wastewater treatment facility additions to the existing 0.0123 d
wastewater treatment facilities for the North Iredeil High School
This is a Class I Wasteeater Treatnent Plant which requires the person
in responsible merge to hold & valid Grade I Certificate.
This Authorization to Construct shall be subject to revocation unless the
wastewater treatment facilities ere constructed in accordance with the conditions
and limitations specified in Permit No. NC0037371
Also, enclosed is a copy of WPC Fortis eS0 "Coat of Wastewater Treatment Werke."
This foss is to be completed and returned to this office within thirty (30) days
after the project is completed.
One (1) set of approved plans and specifications is being forwarded to you.
