To follow up on our conversation this morning: Sue and I received the latest submittal for the above project on May 15,
2012. We have reviewed the calculations of pre- and post - development impervious surface and have noted that the
post - development impervious surface covers approximately 2,000 square feet more than the predevelopment -
condition. It is acceptable to us if you provide stormwater treatment for the additional 2,000 square feet of impervious
surface rather than treating the entire site. Please let us know if this is acceptable to Mr. Helms and we will prepare a
formal request for more information letter. Otherwise, we are glad to meet and discuss the project further.
