There never was a DWQ 401 Water Quality Certification issued for any prior phases and based on what the PCN shows on pages 5 & 6 of 12 it remains under the threshold for the higher fee. I understand Ian is going to see you later today. I'll give him the hold letter (for paper trail purposes) & the check for correction. This is similar to the Highcroft Village Phase II project, and the fee was $570, which is why 1 submitted $570. Please let me know if I still need to submit a new check for $240. Enjoy your long weekend. Sent from my Verizon Wireless Phone "Dennison, Laurie" <laurieJ.dennison ncdenr.go > wrote: Troy - Thanks, but the check is too big. Don't need $570 - need $240. Project is under an acre of wetland & below 150 If of stream - so lesser fee applies. I'm leaving about 2 this afternoon & will be off on Friday; back in the office on Tuesday. I'll try to get this check in the mail to you today for quick turnaround.
