Please give a brief project description below.
This project consists of the construction of a one story single-family
home located at 502 Royal Sunset Drive in Chatham County, NC.
The project area is approximately 9.6 acres and is primarily
undisturbed wooded land. There is also an existing gravel driveway
connecting from Royal Sunset Drive to the proposed residential
structure location on the lot. A proposed culvert is being utilized
under the driveway which may result in stream/wetland impacts.
