Annual Avg Daily Traffic(veh/hr/day): Design/Future: 860 Year:2015 Existing: 860 Year: 2015 General Project Narrative: Project involves the replacement of Bridge#190182 over UT to Persimmon Creek on SR 1127(Bell Hill Rd)in Cherokee County,NC southwest of Murphy,NC.Proposed (Description of Minimization of Water culvert is a 20'-11"(span)x 6'-1"(rise)Aluminum Box Culvert to replace existing 18.5'long by 20'wide(Timber deck on timber joists)single-span bridge.Stormwater runoff on Quality Impacts) the existing bridge disharges directly into the water for the full length of the bridge.Grassed shoulders are to be widened from existing and will be substantially flat allowing for diffusion and infiltration of the roadway runoff.All proposed stormwater is discharged as far away from the stream and at the lowest velocities as practicable.
