Phase I of the Town of Apex's Middle Creek Greenway - Miramonte to
Holly Springs Connector Project is comprised of the greenway
connection that runs between the northern right-of-way boundary of
future NC Highway 540 (also southern property boundary of the
Reunion Pointe subdivision) to the southern right-of-way of Sunset
Lake Road/ the Town of Holly Springs border at Sunset Lake Road. A
portion of the greenway within the 1-540 right-of-way has been
permitted by and will be constructed by NCDOT; the remainder of the
greenway will be constructed by the Town.
