and flood control/water management.

The project will provide access to industrial sites which will create jobs and enhance the economic development potential of Buncombe County.

The project will construct 0.21 mile of three lane roadway on new location from an existing bridge at US 19/23 West to Walk Off Way in Candler.Heavy equipment and trucks will be
used to construct the roadway.A 15'diameter culvert will be installed in the UT to Hominy Creek.The UT will be dewatered with and impervious dike during construction.
