and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Alamance County, North Carolina, Estate File
Number 18E 283; and
submitted electronically by "Taylor Law office, P.C."
in compliance with North Carolina statutes governing recordable documents
and the terms of the submitter agreement with the Alamance county Register of Deeds.

WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of Glenn H. Little bequeathed and devised the real property described
below to Howard Lee Little and Betty Carolyn Gilliam Little; and
WHEREAS, Howard Lee Little, Decedent, died and the Last Will and Testament of Decedent has been duly
probated and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Alamance County, North Carolina, Estate
File Number 18E 859; and
WHEREAS,the Last Will and Testament of Howard Lee Little bequeathed and devised the real property described
below to Betty Carolyn Gilliam Little; and
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor,for a valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has and by these presents does grant, bargain,sell and convey unto the Grantee in fee simple,all
that certain lot or parcel of land and more particularly described as follows:
A certain tract or parcel of land located in Morton Station Township,Alamance County, North Carolina,
adjoining N.C. Hwy 87. Howard Little and Others, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEING ALL OF LOT NUMBER ONE (1)of the final plat of the Property of W. L. Gilliam Estate,
containing 2.479 acres more or less, as shown by survey made by A. Ray Barnes Land Surveying,
dated April 18, 1991, Plat of which is recorded in Pat Book 44, at Page 21, in the office of the Register
of Deeds of Alamance County, North Carolina, to which plat reference is hereby made for a more
complete and particular description.
If initialed, the property includes the primary residence of at least one of the Grantors.

All or a portion of the property hereinabove described was acquired by Glenn H. Little,Judith Little Collins and Hal
Douglas Little by instrument recorded in Book 2603, Page 553,Alamance County Registry.
A map showing the above described property is recorded in Plat Book q_, Pages_ and
referenced within this instrument.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lot or parcel of land and all privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging
to the Grantee in fee simple.
And the Grantor covenants with the Grantee,that Grantor is seized of the premises in fee simple, has the right to
convey the same in fee simple,that title is marketable and free and clear of all encumbrances,and that Grantorwill
warrant and defend the title against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever except for the exceptions
hereinafter stated.
Title to the property hereinabove described is subject to the following exceptions:
1. Ad Valorem taxes for 2019 and subsequent years.
2. Easements, Rights of Way, Restrictions, Mineral Rights and any other matters of record.
