The Washington Regional Office has conducted a review of the 2020 Pretreatment Annual Report (PAR)
for the City of New Bern. The review indicates that the PAR is in good order and satisfies the requirements
of 15A NCAC 2H .0908(b) and the Comprehensive Guidance for North Carolina Pretreatment Programs.
The next PAR will be due March 1, 2022.
The Industrial Waste Survey was due on December 1, 2020. The City requested and extension and the new
due date is March 31, 2021.
The permit renewal date for CCWE needs to be updated in the Allocation Table.
