A compliance inspection for the facilities covered by permit # NC0080071 was performed on
02/25/2021 by V. Herdt and R. Tankard w/ WaRO - WQROS. Also present during the inspection was
Vernon Edwards the ORC. The facility was toured and found to be in good condition. DMRs for Sept
2020 and Dec 2020 were spot checked with lab reports. Data on DMRs appeared consistent with data
on lab reports.
The facility is considered compliant with Permit # NC0080071.
