Also present during the inspection was Vernon Edwards (ORC) and JOHN Raines (Backup ORC). DMRs for June 2020 and November 2020 were spot checked and compared to lab data. Data on DMRs were consistant with that presented on lab reports. Oxidation motor not functioning during inspection. Update 3/17/2021 Vernon Edwards (ORC) confirmec motor was fixed with new belt from electrician. Large main Clarifier sweep appears rusted. Facility has ordered new equipment and it should be replaced as soon as they can get someone to install it. Last recorded time sludge was removed was April 2020. Informed ORC to record sludge removal in the future. The drive motor switch was not on at time of inspection. When ORC turned motor on, the motor would function in hight speed but not in low speed. The motor needs a electrician to fix the issue.
