Good morning Jonathan,
This permit is on the schedule to be renewed next year (2022). Although we are a bit behind in renewing
Individual Industrial permits right now, we are in the process of establishing a new position dedicated to this
task so we are hopeful that we can catch up in the future.
In the meantime, your client may legally continue to discharge under the expired permit as long as s/he
remains current with permit fees.
Please let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Sincerely,
Annette

Based on the current guidance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Department of Environmental Quality has
adjusted operations to protect the health and safety of the staff and public. Many employees are working remotely or
are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are limiting public access to
appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your
requests by phone or email. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging
time.

Annette,
Please assist Jonathan.
Below is a portion of our website regarding the schedule:
NPDES Industrial Program
The NPDES Industrial Program covers approximately 4,130 facilities (3100 under general permits, 150 under
individual permits, and 880 facilities under no exposure certifications). Industrial activities are required to
manage and monitor their facilities for potential sources of stormwater pollution. See our Schedule for
Renewing NPDES SW Permits for information on which year your permit will be renewed. Learn more here.

Suzanne
We just wanted to see if you had an update on this permit renewal because it is still showing as "expired" in the online
