Reason for Visit: Routine
Comment: Site 1 and 2 culverts are in. The alignment on site 2 (intermittent stream) is
poor, but bank is heavily armored and there's a sewer line in the way. Due to the low
flow and weak intermittent status, I'm okay with leaving the aligment as it is. At site 1,
the culvert was complete. Requested they bench up the inlet to taper the stream into
the culvert. Diversion channel didn't have silt fence protection, but they were set to put
water into the culvert that day.
