Recent high flow events from significant precipitation have resulted in
streambed erosion and culvert failure within an unnamed intermittent
stream within Colonial Pipeline Company's (CPC's) right-of-way
exposing CPC's Line 2. The lack of surface pipeline protection at the
maintenance location has resulted in exposure of Line 2. CPC
proposes to remove the culverts and replace the required protective
cover with pre -cast revetment mats to remediate the streambed
erosion and associated pipeline exposure.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
