Comment: Visited permit sites 2, 7, and 11. Box culvert is constructed at site 7. 1'
sills are on both barrels. Will fill both barrels with class B, and will place class 2 at inlet
and outlet of overflow, tapering down inside the high flow barrel. Site 2 -pipe extension
hasn't been laid but existing storm drain pipe has been sprayed with grout to stabilize.
Site 11 pipe work hasn't been done. Site 6 has been filled as permitted. Ground water
is popping out along the slope. Need to watch for stability.
